Lummo, potential start-up in Indonesia
Lummo, known previously as BukuKas finally published new information about series C funding in amount of US$80 million from Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital India. It is totally amazing achievement by the company.
Actually, Lummo is a start-up company focusing on software as a service (SaaS) by accelerating Indonesian small and medium enterprise growth. Lummo also has Tokko, known as LummoSHOP now, as the main part of SaaS and of course to maximize Indonesian online shop.
Lummo comes from “Lumen” means “light” in latin language, so the company has direction to be the real lighter for online shop owner to maximize the business potential. It totally gives new spirit for both employees and merchants, Lummo’s customer.
The main target is to help the small and medium enterprise to promote their brand by using LummoSHOP. Sounds good, doesn’t it?
Since launched in 2019, Lummo, was BukuKas, tried to be the pioneer of bookkeeping for small and medium enterprise. Then in 2020, Tokko (now as LummoSHOP) was launched to give mentorship, training and solving the complaints by both online and offline.
LummoSHOP provides shop management and it gives the business owner to set their own merchants. Besides, there are more benefits to get after joining and it makes LummoSHOP to be more surprising.
