Being offered by competitor, both startup or corporate, you should be wise on this case. Perhaps you feel happy and also worry at the same time since you still love current company.

If you are offered something new, probably you will say yes without thinking more. It is not wrong but you should know any consequences to take between take or leave the offer. Let’s talk about both possibilities.

If choosing yes for the offer?

You take this. After being offered by competitor, you look at any benefits such as increased salary, insurance and many more. All of these are wonderful package should not be rejected by anyone. Looks great?

Besides, if you have problem with current job that make you unable to give the best, taking this offer is good idea. Remember that chance will never come twice. So, get and enjoy later.

But if you choose the offer by competitor, you should be ready for anything and start from the beginning. You are new comers and you have to learn fast. Of course it takes time to do. Once, never disfigure your last company in new place even though you get any problems. Remember, you are paid off well and enjoy the benefits so far.

Take or leave?

What if stay in current one?

Offered by competitor doesn’t convert your loyalty. You get no problem and feel good so far. Even your job is done in high quality. It means you can stay longer and get more benefits such as increased salary or occupation.

Sometimes, you choose to stay because any statement on your employment contract states “never move to the competitor at least in a year”. It happens and make people afraid to move because dealing with the law will be the worst nightmare.

So, what will you choose if you are being offered by competitor?

Take or leave? Your right, as long as you take the consequences without complaining.

Cheers!
