Working from Home, Office or Hybrid?
Currently, there are several job policy such as working from home, office or hybrid. It means so many options can be chosen for best performance. It depends on the company to take the policy and the employees just need to follow.
Usually you know only about working from office. Means you have to work in Office from Monday to Friday. Looks simple and none complaint. Until Covid-19 changed anything including in working area. From one to be three. There are working from home, office and hybrid become a choice for each company.
Of course, employees prefer to work from home since they can spend more time with family. But it depends on each company to give a decision about working from home, office or hybrid.
Unfortunately it doesn’t happen for people who work in government area or state owned enterprise. They should work from office and 5 days a week, just like before Covid came. Even, some private companies also choose to work from office.
Besides, people who work in startup or several private companies, can work hybrid now. Some of them still work from home since nothing urgently needed by face to face in office.
So, it is up to you. You can find a job with working from home policy, if you can’t go to office anymore. But remember, finding new job at this time needs much more efforts. As you know several layoffs happen in many companies and it means there are more candidates than vacancy available.
Choose one and stay there. Working from home, office or hybrid, there are plus and minus and you should consider before deciding to choose.
