What to choose between Startup or Corporate after just graduated?
It is good question to ask especially if you just graduated. It becomes time for you to choose between Startup or Corporate, especially nowadays since Startup arises.
When discussing about working in Startup or Corporate, it depends on several reasons. Some people want to work in Corporate because they are already settled, clear system and even big salary with some allowances. Of course it is normal thing to choose.
On the other side, people try to choose startup because it offers change to grow and free to apply any ideas on mind, something called A-B testing, that always executed to get the best result.
Besides, talking about working in Startup or Corporate, doesn’t always mean to the salary. The salary is not big is okay as long as you work on your portion, without being pushed for overtime
Should you work in Corporate?
Working in Corporate means you have clear job and system. It will not make you confused since you just need follow the rule. Besides, you get many allowances such as inpatient, outpatient, dental, glasses and so on. Looks great? If you agree, then opt it soon.
Or better to choose Startup?
When you talk about Startup or Corporate to the youngster, most of them will choose startup because they need less bureaucracy, flexible time and place to grow up. You are also permitted to practice your ideas because Startup always keep learning. In a simple way “try, fail and try again”.
Of course, not everybody can work in Startup since there also great challenge such as high work demands, unclear systems and many more. If you are able to survive, it means you are a true hard worker and you should be proud of this.
