Why do some still choose Working from Office?
It sounds good when there is new policy especially in Start-up namely Working from Home because of pandemic times. Many people say totally agree with this one but some still choose that working from office is much better.
Several things can’t be done by online and we have to meet each other. This is the main idea of choosing working from office as main result after pandemic.
First reason is about solving problem will be easier executed when people meet each other directly. Communication looks simpler in offline compared to online world, because sometimes there are miscommunications on talking about problem in zoom or google meet.
Then, the working hours are shorter because everything is done at office. That’s the difference between working from office and working at home. People need to spend more time at home since sometimes they focus less on online meeting.
Besides, working from office gives chance to talk with fellow employees, other than job issues. It makes stronger relation between employees, compared to working from home who connect only via online such as zoom, google meet or whatsapp.
However, working in Start-up or corporate, enjoy the applicable policy in the place where you are working for.
