Which country who has many local languages?

Actually, many countries have local languages such as Indonesia with Javanese, Sundanese, Balinese, and many more. Another land like India also has local languages. There are Tamil, Telugu, Malayalam, Kannada, Urdu, Punjabi and so on.

It seems a gift if you come from those countries since you at least have 2 languages, local and national language. If you add English as international language will be better. Then you may be wonderful to add more languages.

What tips to learn local language?

You may start from home as the smallest circle. Ask your kids or people at home to speak local language. Now is better to teach local language to kitchen first, then international language, since English source is much more easier to find than local language source.
